For larger, more expensive projects we will ask for a monthly payment. Local banks and building societies are familiar with such payment plans for house and office constriction and are happy to work along these lines. Please contact us for a personal quote. |

A written quotation with a detailed breakdown of costs is always provided, whatever type of work is being undertaken. 
Obviously house building costs can be expensive so for smaller projects we ask for 4 to 5 payments at different stages of the build. Specifics of the stages will be outlined, and payments will be required only on the satisfactory completion of each relevant stage.
